Land Transport:

Transporting people, goods or shipments by all means of road transport, including the rental of road transport and land transport for a fee.
Means of Land Transport: All motor and mobile vehicles and machinery used in road transport, including locomotives, trailers, wagons, trucks and buses.

Land Transport Contract: The contract under which the carrier is obligated to transport people, goods or shipments by land from one place to another, in return for a known fee.



Carrier:


The natural or legal person authorized to transport persons, goods or shipments by land, in accordance with the provisions of this law.

 


Passenger:

 

A person who uses any means of transporting people within the country.
